摘要
自身免疫性疾病(autoimmune diseases,AID)是由免疫系统对自身抗原失去免疫耐受,进一步诱发组织损伤和炎症反应并最终导致靶器官受损的一类慢性疾病。自身免疫病与肠道失调以及维生素D缺乏密切相关。除了调节钙磷代谢外,维生素D还可以调节肠道的四道屏障来维持肠道稳态,在此基础上,有研究进一步证实,维生素D可能通过调节肠道稳态来影响自身免疫病的发生发展。本文就自身免疫病和肠道稳态的关系,以及维生素D在其中可能起到的作用进行综述。
Autoimmune diseases(AID) are a heterogeneous group of diseases characterized by the loss of self-tolerance,which leads to prolonged inflammation and subsequent tissue damage.In recent years,it was reported that autoimmune diseases were closely related to gut dysbiosis and vitamin D deficiency.In addition to the function of calcium and phosphorus metabolism,vitamin D can also regulate four intestinal barriers to maintain intestinal homeostasis.Moreover,some studies confirmed that vitamin D might affect the onset and development of autoimmune diseases by maintaining intestinal homeostasis.This paper reviews the relationship between vitamin D,intestinal homeostasis and autoimmune diseases.
