三种媒介伊蚊监测方法的差异及其相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 分析布雷图指数(BI)法、诱蚊诱卵指数(MOI)法和双层叠帐法开展媒介伊蚊监测结果的差异性和相关性,评判对蚊媒疾病传播风险评估的影响,为建立科学的媒介伊蚊监测奠定方法基础。本文选取湖北省6个区(市)的城镇居民区和农村居民区,于媒介伊蚊活动季节同步开展BI法、MOI法和双层叠帐法的伊蚊密度监测,比较蚊媒疾病传播风险判断的差异,并分析监测方法的相关性。结果显示,在10个月的监测期内,BI平均值为5.94,MOI平均值为4.15,帐诱指数平均值为2.67只/(顶·h),从季节消长来看,三种监测方法的峰值均在7-9月。以风险评估阈值为界,比较城镇居民区和农村居民区监测结果,显示3种监测方法均无统计学差异(χ^(2)=0.002,P=0.968;χ^(2)=3.380,P=0.066;χ^(2)=1.186,P=0.276)。相关性分析发现,3种方法两两之间、同一方法不同生境间的监测均有统计学相关关系(P<0.001)。结果表明,湖北省伊蚊活动期在3-12月,其中7-9月为高峰期。3种方法均显示湖北省城市与农村媒介伊蚊传播蚊媒疾病的风险研判趋势一致。3种监测方法的总体监测及不同生境监测均存在正相关关系,能客观反映伊蚊季节消长规律,协同性好,可根据环境特点和防控需要选择适合的监测方法。 Through on-site monitoring, the results of three monitoring methods on Aedes vector, namely Bretto Index(BI) method, Mosq-ovitrap Index(MOI) method and Double-mosquito net method in different habitats were compared and evaluated to provide basis for scientific monitoring strategies. All the three methods were carried out during active seasons in 6 districts(including residential areas and rural areas) in Hubei province to judge of mosquito borne disease risk. The results showed during the 10 month period for mosquito monitoring, the average density of BI, MOI and Double-mosquito net index were 5.94, 4.15 and 2.67 mosquitoes/(net·h). From the perspective of seasonal fluctuations, the peak of Aedes vector was during July and September. There were no statistical difference among the three monitoring methods in urban areas and rural areas(χ^(2)=0.002,P=0.968;χ^(2)=3.380,P=0.066;χ^(2)=1.186,P =0.276). According to Spearman correlation coefficient analysis, based on the overall monitoring results in different habitats, the results of three methods were positively correlated and consented(P<0.001). The activity period of Aedes mosquitoes in Hubei province were from March to December, and the peak period were from July to September. The three monitoring methods show that the similar risk assessment trend of dengue transmitted by Aedes mosquitoes yeilded in both urban and rural areas, consist with that in Hubei province. Besides, the overall monitoring in different habitats have positive correlation and good synergy, which can objectively reflect the seasonal fluctuation of Aedes mosquitoes, and suitable monitoring methods can be implemented to meet the environmental characteristics and control needs.
