苏州市老旧居民区白纹伊蚊孳生情况调查

INVESTIGATION ON THE BREEDING OF AEDES ALBOPICTUS IN OLD RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS OF SUZHOU

摘要 为明确伊蚊分布状况,进而为登革热流行防控提供科学依据,2020年7-9月在苏州市选择姑苏区和吴中区的6个小区,采用布雷图指数法调查居民区家庭户内和居民区外环境中白纹伊蚊幼虫孳生情况。结果显示,积水容器中居民区家庭户内水生植物花瓶最多(占31.50%),居民区外环境贮水池、缸盆最多(占43.14%)。阳性积水容器中居民区家庭户内闲置容器占比最高(占47.44%),居民区外环境贮水池、缸盆占比最高(占50.00%)。居民区内1层的BI和CI值显著高于2~6层楼,另外有露天场所的家庭户BI和CI均显著高于无露天场所的家庭。居民区家庭户户内平均BI为30.59,容器指数为20.47,居民区外环境的BI为228.57,容器指数为62.75,一旦存在有登革热患者,则有造成登革热流行的风险。结果表明,白纹伊蚊已经适宜在多层住宅内孳生,应该重视家庭内的防蚊、灭蚊工作。在孳生季节尤其是登革热流行时,应该着重加强居民区外环境和居民区1楼住户的防蚊灭蚊工作。 To provide scientific basis for the assessment of dengue fever prevalence and control of Aedes mosquitoes, the breteau index(BI) method was used to investigate the breeding situation of Ae. albopictus larvae in households and outside the residential area of the old residential districts in six communities in Gusu and Wuzhong districts of Suzhou during July to September, 2020. The vases for culturing aquatic plants were the most containers(31.50%) in residential districts, whereas the number of reservoirs and basins outside the residential area were the largest(43.14%). Idle containers accounted for the highest proportion(47.44%) of positive water container in residential districts, and environmental storage tanks and basins accounted for the highest proportion(50.00%) of outside residential districts. In the residential area, the BI and container index(CI) values of the first floor are significantly higher than those of the second to sixth floors. Furthermore, the BI and CI values of households with open spaces are significantly higher than those of households without open spaces. The average BI and the CI in residential districts were 30.59 and 20.47, which in the environment outside residential districts were 228.57 and 62.75. Once there appeared dengue fever patients, it is very easy to create a local epidemic of dengue fever. It has clear that Ae. albopictus has become suitable for breeding in multi-storey residential buildings, so should be paid more attention on mosquito control in homes. During the breeding season, especially when dengue fever epidemic, mosquito control should be strengthened in the environment outside residential districts and on the first floor of residential districts.
