摘要 为解决水利GIS系统中水下场景显示不够直观的问题,以及实现水陆融合三维展示,提出基于Ceisum的水陆融合三维场景构建方法。水下三维场景通过水下数字高程模型进行构建及渲染,陆上三维场景采用经过纹理压缩及顶层重建的三维实景模型,同时对两者进行边界高程修正,最终在Cesium平台中融合展示。结果显示,生成的三维场景实现了水陆无缝融合,浏览顺畅。研究成果丰富了水利GIS系统的三维场景展示方式,可为水利部门运维提供技术支持。 In order to solve the problem that the underwater scene display was not intuitive enough in the water conservancy GIS system and realized the 3D display of the underwater and land fusion, a method of constructing 3D scene based on the Ceisum was proposed. The underwater 3D scene was constructed and rendered by the underwater digital elevation model, and the land 3D scene adopted the 3D real scene model after texture compression and top-level reconstruction. At the same time, the boundary elevation of the two was corrected, and finally displayed on the Cesium platform. The results showed that the 3D scene realized the seamless integration of underwater and land, and the display was smooth. The research results enriched the 3D scene display mode of the water conservancy GIS system, and provided technical support for the operation and maintenance of the water conservancy department.
