尿素现行生产工艺的比较与发展方向展望

摘要 本文根据尿素生产工艺的发展历程,结合尿素生产工艺的现状,通过提高尿素生产过程中的转化率,加强生产过程中的能量综合利用,可以降低尿素生产的综合成本;对尿素生产过程中产生的腐蚀原因进行分析,提出防腐最佳方案及看法,同时对装置安全、环保存在的问题提出解决思路;结合尿素各种工艺的生产特点进行比较,提出尿素现行生产工艺的发展方向。 According to the development history of urea production process and the current situation of urea production process,the comprehensive cost of urea production is reduced by improving the conversion rate in urea production process and strengthening the comprehensive utilization of energy in the production process. This paper analyzes the causes of corrosion in urea production process, puts forward the best corrosion prevention scheme and views, and puts forward solutions to the problems existing in the plant safety and environmental protection. According to compare with the production characteristics of various urea processes, the opinion and development direction of current urea production process are put forward.
