优化尿素解吸塔压力的改造措施

Improvement measures for optimizing the pressure of urea desorption tower

摘要 尿素二氧化碳汽提法中,解吸水解系统作为回收未参与化学反应的氨和二氧化碳以及分解工艺冷凝液中的尿素,其工况的稳定直接影响到尿素装置整体的能耗以及环保等问题。通过对解吸塔气相的回流冷凝器存在问题的分析,提出优化回流冷凝器的措施,最终稳定了解吸塔的压力,使其在正常指标范围之内,解决了解吸塔压力高给尿素整个生产系统带来的不利影响。 In the urea carbon dioxide stripping method,the analytical hydrolysis system is used to recover ammonia and carbon dioxide not involved in chemical reaction and decompose urea in the process condensate.The stability of working condition directly affects the overall energy consumption and environmental protection of the urea plant.Through analysis of the problems existing in the reflux condenser of gas phase of the desorption tower,measures for optimizing the reflux condenser are proposed,so that the pressure of the absorption tower can be stable and kept within the normal index range,the adverse effects of high pressure of the absorption tower on the entire urea production system can be solved.
