摘要
The Ship Energy Efficiency Index(EEXI),the Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan(SEEMP)and the Operating Carbon Intensity Indicator(CII)rating mechanism will take effect on January 1,2023,and the IMO plans to revise the greenhouse gas(GHG)emission reduction strategy at the 8Oth session of the Maritime Environmental Protection Commission(MEPC 80)in June 2023.
