散发性偏瘫型偏头痛的诊断与治疗:1例报道并文献复习

Diagnosis and treatment of sporadic hemiplegic migraine:a case report and literature review

本文报道新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院疼痛科于2019年8月收治的1例散发性偏瘫型偏头痛病例的诊治过程, 并结合国内外9篇文献总结此种疾病的发病特点、突变基因、合并症及治疗方法。本例采用臭氧自体血回输联合星状神经节阻滞治疗有一定的疗效。

This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment process of one patient with sporadic hemiplegic migraine in the Pain Department,People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in August 2019,and summarizes the pathogenesis characteristics,mutant genes,complications and treatment methods of this disease,and reviews with 9 literatures at home and abroad.Ozone autologous blood transfusion combined with stellate ganglion block have definite treatment effect.
