脂质体布比卡因单次局麻一般认为可有效镇痛长达72 h,但随着对该药在术后镇痛研究的深入,对其长效性产生了质疑。本文对其长效性的争议作一综述。

Liposomal bupivacaine is generally considered to be effective for analgesia up to 72 hours in a single local anesthesia.However,with the in-depth research on postoperative analgesia,the long-term effect of liposomal bupivacaine has been questioned.This paper reviews the controversies on the long-term effect of liposomal bupivacaine.
