摘要
丛集性头痛(CH)是一种以反复发作的单侧剧烈疼痛和自主神经症状为特征的原发性自主神经性头痛。其治疗分为急性期治疗、过渡性治疗以及预防性治疗。本文就近几年相关诊断治疗的主要进展综述如下。
Cluster headache(CH)is a primary autonomic headache characterized by recurrent unilateral severe pain and autonomic nerve symptoms.The treatment of CH is divided into acute stage treatment,transitional stage treatment and prophylactic treatment.This paper reviews the major advances in the diagnosis and treatment of cluster headache in recent years.
