不同比例姬菇菌糠与王草混合在高水分条件下青贮效果及对体外消化的影响 被引量:2

Ferment effect of King grass with different ratios of Agaricus blazei Murillon in high-moisture fermentation conditions and its effect on in vitro digestibility

摘要 试验旨在探究在王草中混入不同比例姬菇菌糠,在高水分发酵条件下,评定发酵效果和在体外培养下对干物质消化率和瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸的影响。试验共设6组,对照组为王草单独青贮,处理1为王草和菌糠的比例为9∶1,处理2为王草和菌糠的比例为8∶2青贮,处理3为王草和菌糠的比例为7∶3青贮,处理4为王草和菌糠的比例6∶4青贮,处理5为王草和菌糠的比例为5∶5青贮,调整水分约80%。常温发酵60 d。结果显示:处理5组青贮饲料的pH值最低(4.78),显著低于对照组(P<0.05);处理1组丙酸含量最高(0.53 g/kg),显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。对照组青贮饲料的氨态氮/总氮最低(4.52%),各试验组青贮饲料的氨态氮/总氮均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。处理5组产气量最高,处理3、处理4和处理5组干物质消化率显著低于处理1、处理2和对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,菌糠的营养价值相对较低,具有饲料化价值,在与王草适量混合后,具有改善发酵品质和干物质消化率的作用,王草与菌糠在9∶1比例混合青贮较为适宜,具有应用潜力。 The experiment was to evaluate the fermentation effect and the effect of in vitro culture on dry matter digestibility and rumen volatile fatty acid changes by mixing different proportions of Agaricus blazei Murillon in King grass under high water fermentation condition.Six groups were set up in experiment,the control group was King grass silage alone,treatment 1 was King grass and the ratio of King grass and Agaricus blazei Murillon was 9∶1,treatment 2was King grass and Agaricus blazei Murillon ratio of 8∶2 silage,treatment 3 was King grass and Agaricus blazei Murillon ratio of 7∶3 silage,treatment 4 was King grass and Agaricus blazei Murillon ratio of 6∶4 silage,treatment 5was King grass and Agaricus blazei Murillon ratio of 5∶5 silage,the adjusted water content was about 80%.Ferment at room temperature for 60 d.The results showed that the p H value of silage in treatment group 5 was the lowest(4.78),and significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The highest propionic acid content was found in treatment group 1(0.53 g/kg),which was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).The ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen of silage in control group was the lowest(4.52%),and the ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen of silage in treatment groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The gas production of treatment group 5 was the highest,and the dry matter digestibility of treatment group 3,treatment group 4 and treatment group 5 was significantly lower than that of treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and control group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that the nutrient value of mycobacterium bran is relatively low,and it has feed chemical value.After mixing with King grass,it can improve the fermentation quality and dry matter digestibility.The mixing ratio of King grass and mycobacterium bran at 9∶1 is suitable for silage,which has application potential.
