响应面法优化滇产地参多糖的提取工艺及其抗氧化活性研究 被引量:10

摘要 研究旨在探究滇产地参多糖的最佳提取工艺及其抗氧化活性。以多糖得率为考察指标,采用热水浸提乙醇沉法提取地参多糖。基于单因素试验结果,采用响应面法优选地参多糖的提取工艺,探讨地参多糖的抗氧化活性。结果显示,滇产地参多糖的最佳提取工艺参数为液料比20 mL/g,浸提温度70℃,浸提时间3 h,浸提次数3次,在此条件下,地参多糖的得率达到(31.69±0.78)%。滇产地参多糖对DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基均具有较好的清除作用。研究表明,试验得到的地参多糖提取工艺稳定可行,地参多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性。 The study was to explore the best extraction technology and antioxidant activity of Lycopus lucidus Turcz polysaccharide from Yunnan Province.With the yield of polysaccharide as index,the polysaccharide was extracted by hot water extraction and ethanol precipitation.Based on the result of single factor experiment,response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process of Lycopus lucidus Turcz polysaccharide and explore its antioxidant activity.The results showed that the optimum extraction parameters of Lycopus lucidus Turcz polysaccharide from Yunnan Province were liquid to soild ratio of 20 mL/g,extraction temperature of 70℃,extraction time of 3 h,and extraction times of 3 times.Under these conditions,the yield of Lycopus lucidus Turcz polysaccharide reached(31.69±0.78)%.Lycopus lucidus Turcz polysaccharide from Yunnan Province had good scavenging effect on DPPH free radicals and ABTS free radicals.The study indicates that the extraction process is stable and feasible,and Lycopus lucidus Turcz polysaccharide has good anti-oxidant activity.
