6个饲用黑麦新品系在陇东地区的生产性能和营养价值研究 被引量:2

摘要 试验为筛选出适宜在陇东地区种植的饲用黑麦新品系。试验测定6个饲用黑麦新品系(C_(12)、C_(13)、C_(14)、C_(15)、C_(32)和C_(39))的株高、枝条数、茎粗、叶片数、穗长、穗粗、鲜草产量、干草产量、鲜干比、粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、粗脂肪(EE)含量、干物质消化率(DMD)和相对饲喂价值(RFV)等指标,筛选适宜陇东地区种植的饲用黑麦新品系。结果显示:6个饲用黑麦新品系的鲜草产量介于38.05~41.75 t/hm^(2)之间,干草产量介于14.81~17.96 t/hm^(2)之间,其中鲜草产量以C_(39)最高,C_(15)居第2位,干草产量以C_(15)最高,C_(39)居第2位;CP含量以C_(14)最高,为10.76%,EE含量以C_(32)最高,为5.81%,DMD和RFV以C_(39)最高,分别为58.59%和83.05,NDF和ADF含量以C_(39)最低,分别为65.61%和38.93%。通过隶属函数法对饲用黑麦新品系的草产量和营养价值进行综合评价,6个饲用黑麦新品系在陇东地区的综合排序为C_(15)>C_(39)>C_(14)>C_(12)>C_(32)>C_(13)。研究表明,饲用黑麦新品系C_(15)和C_(39)适宜在陇东地区示范推广种植。 The study was to select new forage rye lines suitable for planting in the eastern area of Gansu Province.The plant height,number of branches,stem diameter,number of leaves,ear length,ear diameter,fresh yield,hay yield,fresh/dry ratio,CP,NDF,ADF,EE content,DMD and RFV of six new forage rye lines(C_(12),C_(13),C_(14),C_(15),C_(32)and C_(39))were studied in experiment,selected new forage rye lines suitable for planting in the eastern area of Gansu Province.The results showed that the fresh yield of the six new forage rye lines ranged from 38.05 to 41.75 t/hm^(2),and the hay yield ranged from14.81 to 17.96 t/hm^(2).Among them,C_(39)was the highest,C_(15)was the second,and C_(15)was the highest,C_(39)was the second.The content of CP was the highest in C_(14)(10.76%),the content of EE was the highest in C_(32)(5.81%),the content of DMD and RFV was the highest in C_(39)(58.59%and 83.05,respectively),and the content of NDF and ADF was the lowest in C_(39)(65.61%and 38.93%,respectively).The grass yield and nutritional value of new forage rye lines were comprehensively evaluated by membership function method.The comprehensive order of six new forage rye lines in the eastern area of Gansu Province was C_(15)>C_(39)>C_(14)>C_(12)>C_(32)>C_(13).The study indicates that the new forage rye lines C_(15)and C_(39)are suitable to be planted in the eastern area of Gansu Province.
