数字经济核心产业创新能力研究与评价

Research and evaluation on the innovation ability of core industries in digital economy

数字经济是以数据资源作为关键生产要素、以现代化信息网络作为重要载体、以信息通信技术的有效使用作为效率提升和经济结构优化的重要推动力的一系列经济形态。当前数字经济成为整体经济发展的新引擎,其中科技企业更是数字经济发展的创新动力源。研究构建我国数字经济核心产业科技创新评价指标体系,包含综合质效、创新能力、产业应用、产业价值4个一级指标,最终得出全国数字经济核心产业创新能力评价:北京、浙江、广东、上海等省市表现优秀。据此提出相应建议,推动数字经济核心产业科技创新动能培育成效。

Digital economy is a series of economic forms with data resources as key productive factors, important carrier of modern information network, and the effective use of information and communication technology as an important driving force for efficiency improvement and economic structure optimization.At present, digital economy has become a new engine of economic development, among which science and technology enterprises are the innovative power source of digital economy.We constructs the evaluation index for core industries of digital economy innovation.It includes four first-class indicators: comprehensive quality and efficiency, innovation ability, industrial application and industrial value.It comes to the evaluation of the innovation ability of the core industries of the national digital economy: Beijing, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Shanghai have excellent performance.Accordingly, puts forward corresponding suggestions to promote the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation kinetic energy of core industries of digital economy.
