新型颜色荧光融合增强试剂显现潜血手印

The New Color-fluorescence Fusion Enhancement Reagent for Occult Blood Fingerprints

摘要 针对传统潜血显现试剂如结晶显色法、准化氧化还原染色法等的局限性,应用手持拉曼光谱仪表征荧光钙血迹蓝钠显现液与血的混合液光谱特征,鱼跃M104型雾化器直接雾化处理8种手印样本,比较自然光和532nm激光显现效果。显现溶液与血液混合后,前后荧光峰值位移较大,雾化样本即时呈现亮蓝色花纹,清晰连贯,增强明显;使用532nm激光,赤、橙、白3种纸张上手印反差较弱,其他5种荧光增强明显且荧光持续。荧光钙血迹蓝钠与潜血手印反应敏感,既有颜色反应又有荧光增强的双重特性,是一种便捷高效的潜血手印显现方法。所建立的检测方法操作简便、检测灵敏,可应用于命案现场勘查实践之中。 Aiming at the limitations of traditional occult blood development reagents, such as crystal color development method and quasi chemical redox dyeing method, Handheld Raman spectrometer was used to characterize the spectral characteristics of the mixture of fluorescent calcium blood stain blue sodium developer and blood. Eight kinds of fingerprint samples were directly atomized by Yuyue M104 atomizer, and the effects of natural light and 532nm laser were compared. When the solution was mixed with blood, the fluorescence peak shift was large, and the atomized sample immediately showed bright blue patterns, which were clear, coherent, and significantly enhanced. When 532nm laser is used, the handprint contrast on red,orange and white papers is weak, and the fluorescence of the other five papers is enhanced obviously and the fluorescence is continuous. Fluorescent calcium blood stain blue sodium is sensitive to blood fingerprints. It has both color reaction and fluorescence enhancement characteristics. It is a convenient and efficient method for occult blood fingerprints. The established detection method is simple and sensitive, and can be used in the practice of homicide scene investigation.
