In the construction of urban rail transit vehicle base project,insistence on the orientation of land intensive use and multi-dimensional utilization of project land is conducive to promoting urban renewal and enhancing regional competitiveness.Combining with the case of comprehensive development of Shanghai Rail Transit Chengjiang Road Vehicle Base,the importance and difficulties of the integrated design of the vehicle base as well as the countermeasures are introduced and analyzed.
