基于轨道交通智慧运维条件下的车辆检修制度探究

Exploration of Vehicle Maintenance System Based on Rail Transit Intelligent Operation and Maintenance

轨道交通智慧运维设备的引入,使得车辆状态变得更为可控、检修手段更加丰富,车辆检修制度具备革新的条件。通过分析智慧运维设备对既有检修作业的影响,提出智慧运维条件下车辆检修制度革新的思路及其效益;同时,对相应的车辆基地检修设施配套进行研究,提出基于智慧运维条件、新的检修制度下的车辆基地相关工艺设计。

The introduction of intelligent operation and maintenance equipment for rail transportation makes the vehicle performance more controllable,brings more maintenance methods,and provides the condition for the innovation of vehicle maintenance system.By analyzing the impact of intelligent operation and maintenance equipment on the existing maintenance operations,the idea for the innovation of vehicle maintenance system and its benefits under intelligent operation and maintenance conditions are proposed.At the same time,the corresponding maintenance facilities of vehicle base are studied.The relevant process design of vehicle base is proposed based on intelligent operation and maintenance conditions as well as new maintenance system.
