我国锻炼心理学研究本土化路径探索

Exploration of the Localization Paths for Exercise Psychology Research in China

本土化作为中国社会科学发展一直以来的重要诉求与挑战,其不仅要立足本土,也要着眼于与世界理论对话。目前,我国锻炼心理学本土化历程的困境集中于本土化学理逻辑不明晰及本土化研究方法不充分2个层面。基于学理逻辑与研究方法提出我国锻炼心理学本土化研究路径是突破现阶段本土化困境的重要思路,即“本土”逻辑下混合方法探索性时序路径、“化”逻辑下混合方法验证性时序路径。前者针对的“本土”面向,是先扎根后量化的“探索—推广”思路,进行原创性的本土研究;后者针对“化”面向,是先量化后质性的“验证—解释”思路,适用于验证西方理论与中国锻炼实际的有机结合。2条路径在我国锻炼心理学研究中“本土”逻辑为主,“化”逻辑为辅,二者缺一不可,共同推进才能推动我国锻炼心理学本土化发展,尽早实现本土化的超越。

As an important demand and challenge for the development of Chinese social sciences,localization should not only be based on the local area,but also focus on dialogue with the world’s theories.At present,the dilemma of the localization process of exercise psychology in China is concentrated in two aspects:the unclear academic logic of localization and the insufficient localization research methods.The new path for the localization research of exercise psychology in China is an important idea to break through the localization dilemma,that is,the exploratory temporal path of mixed methods under“local logic”and the verification temporal path of mixed methods under“localization logic”.The former is aimed at the local aspect,which is the“exploration-promotion”idea of first taking root and then quantifying,and conducting original local research;the latter idea of“verifyexplain”is suitable for verifying the organic combination of Western theory and Chinese practice.In the research of exercise psychology in China,the two paths are dominated by the“local”logic and supplemented by the“localization”logic.Both are indispensable.Only by promoting the localization of China’s exercise psychology can we achieve globalization as soon as possible.
