Sleep disturbances after general anesthesia:current perspectives

摘要 睡眠障碍对患者术后产生诸多危害,影响预后。全身麻醉改变了术后睡眠结构,导致睡眠障碍发生率高。文章通过回顾术后睡眠障碍的危害、风险因素、全身麻醉对睡眠影响机制以及相关防治方法,以期提高临床医师对术后睡眠障碍的关注。 Postoperative sleep disturbances cause harmful effects on patients'rehabilitation after surgery and unfavorable prognosis.General anesthesia alters the postoperative sleep composition and results in a high incidence rate of sleep disturbances.This review summarizes the hazards of postoperative sleep disturbances,risk factors,the mechanism of general anesthesia on sleep,and related prevention and treatment methods,so as to attract the attention of clinicians to postoperative sleep disorders.
