摘要
脓毒症是宿主对感染反应失调所致的危及生命的器官功能障碍,其高发病率与致死率严重加重了医疗负担,是全球卫生优先事项之一。基于大量数据产生的人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)算法可为脓毒症管理提供快捷、优化的途径。文章主要对近年来AI算法在脓毒症领域应用的最新进展进行综述,包括在早期筛选诊断、治疗管理及预后预测中的应用,并探讨目前AI算法应用于临床急需解决的关键问题,以期为未来脓毒症领域AI算法的应用提供参考。
Sepsis,a life⁃threatening organ dysfunction caused by a dysregulated host response to infection,is a global health priority as its high morbidity and mortality,which significantly places an increased burden on healthcare resources.Artificial intelli⁃gence(AI)algorithms,based on a large amount of data,may optimize sepsis management.This review summarizes the application of AI algorithms in sepsis in recent years,including AI algorithms in early screening diagnosis,treatment management,and prognosis predic⁃tion.In addition,the fundamental problems that need to be solved before clinical application are discussed.The aim of this review is to provide a reference for the application of the AI algorithm in sepsis in the future.
