摘要
目的探讨呼吸放松疗法结合脑电生物反馈治疗多动症(ADHD)的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年11月湖南省儿童医院收治的多动症患儿80例为本实验研究对象,随机均分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。给予对照组患儿脑电生物反馈疗法,实验组在此基础上联合呼吸放松疗法。对两组患儿韦氏智力量表评分(WISC)、斯诺佩评估量表(SNAP-IV)评分以及持续性注意力测试(IVA-CPT)结果进行比较。结果护理前,两组患儿WISC评分、SNAP-IV评分和IVA-CPT结果比较无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后,患儿WISC评分以及IVA-CPT结果均显著提高,且实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SNAP-IV评分均显著降低,且实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予脑电生物反馈治疗的多动症患儿呼吸放松疗法可显著提高临床治疗效果,缓解患儿临床症状。
Objective To analyze the effect of respiratory relaxation therapy combined with EEG biofeedback in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods A total of 80 children with ADHD treated in this hospital from January 2020 to November 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given EEG biofeedback therapy,and the experimental group was combined with breathing relaxation therapy on this basis.Two groups of children with Wechsler Intelligence Scale Children(WISC),the Swanson,Nolan and Pelham IV-Rating Scale(SNAP-Ⅳ)score and Integrated Visual and Auditory Continuous Performance Test(IVA-CPT)results were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in WISC score,SNAP-IV score and IVA-CPT between 2 groups(P>0.05).After nursing,WISC score and IVA-CPT results were significantly improved,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SNAP-IV were significantly lower,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Respiratory relaxation therapy for ADHD children receiving EEG biofeedback therapy can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect and alleviate the clinical symptoms of children.
