摘要
为优化定量分析黏棉氨混纺织物的方法,设计盐酸-甲酸/氯化锌法。文中采用盐酸-甲酸/氯化锌法对10块不同规格的黏棉氨混纺织物进行定量分析,并与传统的拆分-甲酸/氯化锌法及DMF-甲酸/氯化锌法进行分析比较。结果表明,甲酸/氯化锌试剂能在70℃、30 min条件下溶解氨纶,新设计的盐酸-甲酸/氯化锌法切实可行,并具有操作方便、数据准确等优点。
A new quantitative analysis method for viscose/cotton/spandex composite fabric is designed to optimize the quantitative analysis.In this study,the hydrochloric acid-formic acid/zinc chloride method is used to quantitatively analyze ten composite samples in different sizes and then further compared the results with the traditional method of disassembly-formic acid/zinc chloride and N,N-dimethylformamide-formic acid/zinc chloride.The study shows that the solubility of spandex fiber in formic acid/zinc chloride solution at 70℃for 30 minutes is confirmed.Besides,the newly method is believed to be a promising method in daily testing work with such advantages as convenient operation and accurate data.
