摘要
文中主要探讨汉麻干法混纺纱的纺纱技术,概述汉麻纤维的物理结构和化学成分,分析汉麻纤维的可纺性。由于环锭纺纱的各种纺纱设备的工艺特点,汉麻纤维纯纺可纺性差,需与其他纤维进行混纺,基于环锭纺细纱机的新型纺纱技术是汉麻干法纺纱未来的发展方向,提升汉麻纺织品精细化、高支化的关键因素是汉麻纯纺成条问题。
In this paper,the spinning technology of China hemp dry blended yarn is discussed,the physical structure and chemical composition of China hemp are summarized,and the spinnability of Chinese flax fiber is analyzed.The new spinning technology based on ring spinning frame is the future development direction of China hemp dry spinning.The key factor to improve the fineness and high count of China hemp textile is the problem of China hemp pure spinning.
