摘要
文章通过改变胡麻纤维脱胶流程,提高胡麻纤维脱胶率,对胡麻纤维进行力学性能测试,使其平均断裂强度为114.04 cN。同时将胡麻纤维应用于非织造布,测其透气性为2 265.88 mm/s、吸水率为308.08%,其性能可达到应用于卫生用非织造布的高端尿布、卫生巾及其美容和护肤产品。因此胡麻纤维可作为新一代的新型环保材料。
The degumming process of flax fiber is changed to improve the degumming rate of flax fiber. The mechanical properties of flax fiber are tested to make its average fracture strength 114.04 cN. At the same time,flax fiber is applied to nonwovens, and its air permeability is 2265.88 mm/s, and its moisture absorption is308.08%. Its performance can reach the high-end diapers and aunt scarves and their beauty and skin care products used in sanitary nonwovens. Therefore, it can be used as a new generation of environmental protection materials.
