“人机物三元融合,万物智能互联”,相关数字技术的创新使大数据管理与应用具有交叉学科的显著特征。本文阐述大数据管理与应用专业能力与伦理治理协同培养的重要性,构建了“反馈、调整与提升”的人才培养模式。在大数据管理与应用专业建设中,该专业融入ICT科技伦理治理的相关知识,培养学生专业能力和伦理思维的双维度发展潜力。能力与伦理治理协同培养模式突出了人才分类培养和特色培养的可持续性,既有利于大数据计算思维与推理能力的提升,又使得学生能形成科技伦理和数据治理思维。

The digital technology innovation related to the "integration of human-machine-and-minds,intelligent interconnection of all things" makes the management and application of big data have the distinctive characteristics of interdisciplinary. This paper expounds on the importance of collaborative training in big data management and applied talents’ professional ability and ethical governance, and constructs a talent training model of "feedback, adjustment, and improvement". In the construction of the major of big data management and application, the relevant knowledge of ICT technology ethical governance is integrated, and the students’ professional ability and the two-dimensional development potential of ethical thinking are cultivated. This type of collaborative training mode highlights the sustainable impact of talent classification and characteristic training, which is not only conducive to the improvement of big data computational thinking and reasoning ability but also enables students to form scientific and technological ethics and data governance thinking.
