优化护患沟通用于下肢骨折病人中护理效果评价

Evaluation of nursing effect of optimizing nurse-patient communication in patients with lower limb fracture

目的 评价将优化护患沟通护理措施施于下肢骨折患者的临床应用效果。方法 研究目标选取2019~2020年甘肃省定西市人民医院收治的80例下肢骨折患者,均分为两组,分别实施常规护理(对照组)与优化护患沟通护理(观察组),从并发症、满意度、患者焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)情绪评分等方面来对比两种护理方式的差异。结果 焦虑、抑郁评分比较,观察组更低(P<0.05);护理满意度比较,观察组更高(P<0.05);并发症发生概率比较,观察组更低,统计学数值P小于0.05。结论 针对下肢骨折患者的临床护理,以常规护理为基础联合优化护患沟通护理,可以对患者心理情绪的改善产生非常积极的影响,以此确保治疗效果,控制并发症的发生,临床意义深远。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of optimizing nurse-patient communication nursing measures in patients with lower limb fracture. Methods the research target of our hospital from 2019 to 2020, 80 patients with fracture of lower limb were divided into two groups, respectively(control group) and optimization through routine nursing care(observation group) with communication, from complications,satisfaction, patients with anxiety(SAS) and depression(SDS) emotional scale to compare the differences of two nursing mode. Results The scores of anxiety and depression were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group(P<0.05). The incidence rate of complications was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion For the clinical nursing of patients with lower limb fracture, combined with the optimization of nurse-patient communication nursing based on conventional nursing can have a very positive impact on the improvement of patients’ psychological mood, so as to ensure the treatment effect and control the occurrence of complications, with far-reaching clinical significance.
