摘要
在建筑项目全寿命周期中,质量控制目标、成本控制目标和进度控制目标是项目管理的三大控制目标,而进度控制目标是质量控制目标和成本控制目标的基础。随着施工技术的发展,建筑物的高度越来越高,建筑物的结构越来越复杂,传统的进度管理方法很难满足施工管理的要求。BIM技术的使用,实现了信息技术与实体工程管理的对接,文章从传统进度管理中的不足、BIM技术的融合点及应用过程等方面展开论述。
In the whole life cycle of construction projects, quality control objectives, cost control objectives and schedule control objectives are the three major control objectives of project management, and schedule control objective are the basis of quality control objectives and cost control objectives. With the development of construction technology, the height of buildings is getting higher and higher,and the structure of buildings is becoming more and more complex. The traditional schedule management method is difficult to meet the requirements of construction management. The use of BIM technology has realized the connection between information technology and physical project management. This paper discusses the shortcomings of traditional schedule management, the integration point of BIM technology and the application process and other aspects.
