摘要
对猪粪便中二氧化钛含量检测方法进行研究,样品经过混酸消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪,选择Ti336.122nm作为分析线,测试其中二氧化钛含量。由实验结果得出在浓硝酸和高氯酸消解体系中,加入浓硫酸或硫酸铵或浓硫酸和硫酸铵的混合试剂,二氧化钛的回收率为93.4%~101.3%,通过对文章所述方法的对比试验,在浓硝酸和高氯酸消解体系中,加入浓硫酸或硫酸铵或浓硫酸和硫酸铵的混合试剂,样品中二氧化钛含量的检测值比较稳定,准确性较高。
This paper studies the detection method of titanium dioxide content in pig feces.After the sample is digested by mixed acid,it uses ICP-OES and chooses the Ti 336.122 nm as the analysis line to determine the content of titanium dioxide in the sample.The experimental results show that the recovery rate of titanium dioxide is 93.4%~101.3%when concentrated sulfuric acid or ammonium sulfate or the mixture of concentrated sulfuric acid and ammonium sulfate is added into the digestion system of concentrated nitric acid and perchloric acid.Through the comparison experiments of the methods described in this paper,the detection value of titanium dioxide content in the sample is relatively stable and accurate when concentrated sulfuric acid or ammonium sulfate or the mixed reagent of concentrated sulfuric acid and ammonium sulfate is added to the digestion system of concentrated nitric acid and perchloric acid.
