摘要
对云南省弥渡种子园27个云南松家系进行温棚营养袋育苗试验,通过苗期试验观察和调查数据统计分析,结果显示:(1)27个家系在出苗率(C)、保存率(B)、抗病性(K)、苗高生长(H)、地径生长(D)上均表现出明显差异,在苗期进行早期选择是有效可行的。(2)采用标准差法分别以C、B、K、H、D为选择指标进行单一指标选择,入选高出苗率优良家系8个,入选高保苗率优良家系11个,入选强抗病性优良家系2个,入选苗期高生长快的优良家系6个,入选苗期地径生长快的优良家系6个。(3)采用标准差和赋分值法,对H、D、K、C、B等5个指标进行综合评价,最终筛选出030、031、032、035共4个家系,入选苗期高生长、径生长快且出苗率、保苗率高、抗病性强的优良家系,入选率为14.8%,入选优良家系为今后培育优质高效云南松林分提供可靠种质资源。
In order to get the growth properties data of Pinus yunnanensis for guiding early selection in seedling stage,seeds of 27 families of P.yunnanensis were collected from MIDU seed orchard and cultivated through nutrition bag in green house.The results showed that:(1)Emergence rate(C),survival rate(B),disease resistance(K),seedling height(H),basal diameter(D)of these families were variated significantly,which imply early selection of superior families during seedling stage is feasible.(2)Eight families were selected as superior families according to their emergence rate,eleven families were selected as superior families according to their survival rate,two families were selected as superior families according to their disease resistance,six families were selected as superior families according to their seedling height,six families were selected as superior families according to their basal diameter.(3)Take all of the five factors into consideration,four families including 030,031,032 and 035 were selected as superior families ultimately based on scoring and standard deviation analysis with selected ratio of 22.2%,which have excellent seedling height and basal diameter,high emergence rate,high survival rate,strong resistance to disease.These four families should be reliable candidate for high-quality P.yunnanensis forest cultivation.
