摘要
近年来,甲烷化的研究热点之一为耐硫甲烷化工艺技术,由于其具有极广阔的应用前景,而受到研究者的广泛关注。Mo基作为该工艺的催化剂得到了重点研究,因此对其助剂、复合载体、合成条件以及方法对甲烷化催化性能的作用进行了综述,并对耐硫直接反应机理及Mo基催化剂的结构模型进行阐述。
In recent years,one of the methanation research hotspots is sulfur-tolerant methanation process technology,which has received extensive attention because of its extremely broad application prospects.Molybdenum-based catalysts of the methanation process have been intensively studied,and then this article mainly reviews the catalytic performance effects of their additives,composite supports,preparation conditions and preparation methods and so on.Therefore,the reaction mechanism of sulfur-resistant direct methanation and the structure model of the Mo-based catalysts are explained.
