摘要
邻碳硼烷可在过渡金属催化的条件下能够与C、O等原子发生区域选择性交叉偶联反应,得到具有应用价值的邻碳硼烷衍生物,邻碳硼烷衍生物在硼中子捕获法、有机合成、药物设计、功能材料等领域起着重要的作用。对近三年来国内外课题组在钯催化邻碳硼烷交叉偶联反应领域理论研究成果进行了重点介绍,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
O-carborane can be regioselectively cross coupled with C,O and other atoms under the condition of transition metal catalysis to obtain o-carborane derivatives with application value.O-carborane derivatives play an important role in boron neutron capture,organic synthesis,drug design,functional materials and other fields.In recent years,remarkable achievements have been made in the field of o-carborane cross coupling reactions.The theoretical research results of palladium catalyzed o-carborane cross coupling reactions by domestic and foreign research groups in the past three years are mainly introduced,and their development prospects are prospected.
