对50%硫磺悬浮剂的配方进行升级优化,最优配方:硫磺50%、KMNY50-LH 5%、黄原胶0.1%、硅酸镁铝0.7%、乙二醇3%、苯甲酸0.3%、有机硅消泡剂SAF 0.5%、水补足至100%。所得悬浮剂产品质量稳定、外观漂亮、不会析出黑水层、各项质量指标符合要求。

In this paper,the formula of 50%sulfur suspension agent was upgraded and optimized through experiments,and the optimal formula was determined:sulfur 50%,KMNY50-LH 5%,xanthan gum 0.1%,magnesium aluminum silicate 0.7%,ethylene glycol 3%,benzoic acid 0.3%,silicone defoamer SAF 0.5%,and water supplement 100%.The obtained suspension agent has stable quality,beautiful appearance,no black water layer,and all quality indicators meet the requirements.
