甲烷转化F04301蒸氧管线裂纹产生原因分析

摘要 合成甲烷转化加热炉F04301上部蒸氧出气管道表面圆周方向产生裂纹,检查发现产生裂纹的管段有一侧出现减薄现象,并且管内表面出现多条裂纹,从外观看管道出现轻微的变形,主要原因是介质温度不同,分压不同,混合不均匀,产生冷凝液,造成管道内壁冲刷严重。 Cracks were found on the circumferential direction of the surface of the steam oxygen outlet pipe at the upper part of the synthesis methane conversion heater F04301.Through inspection,it was found that one side of the pipe section where the cracks were found was thinner,and several cracks were found on the inner surface of the pipe.The pipe was slightly deformed from the outside,mainly because the medium temperature was different,the partial pressure was different,the mixing was uneven,and condensate was generated,which caused serious erosion of the inner wall of the pipe.
