摘要
推进课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措。《食品分析》作为食品类专业核心课程,进行课程思政的实践迫在眉睫。根据《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》,对《食品分析》课程思政的教学设计对课程的思政元素体系进行归纳总结,以便更好地提升后续的教学效果。
Promoting the ideological and political construction of curriculum is a strategic measure to implement the fundamental task of moral education.As the core course of food major,food analysis is extremely urgent to carry out the practice of ideological and political education.In this paper,according to the Guiding Outline of Ideological and Political Construction in Colleges and Universities,the teaching design of Food Analysis course will be proposed,and the ideological and political element system of Food Analysis course is summarized,in order to better improve the subsequent teaching effect.
