中国甘肃与非洲马拉维农业科技合作的接口研究

摘要 马拉维作为世界最不发达国家,其粮食不能自给的发展属性,广泛种植玉米、高粱、薯类、豆类等粮食作物,普遍饲养牛、羊、猪、鸡的农业表现,“靠天吃饭”、农业科技水平不高及农业生产同时受干旱和洪灾双重影响的生产特点,在非洲国家中极具代表性。马拉维与甘肃农业生产的诸多共同点为双方开展农业科技合作奠定了坚实的基础。未来,甘肃可借助中非合作论坛等平台机制,线上线下相结合,通过专家派遣、官员互访、专业人员研讨交流、科技人员和农民代表实地考察、线上互动答疑、制作种植技术示范视频或专题片等方式,加强与马拉维在旱作农业、玉米育种、马铃薯种植和中小型农业机械的研发生产等方面的农业科技交流与合作,以甘肃智慧和甘肃力量助力马拉维提高粮食安全保障能力、加快经济发展和国家社会稳定。 Malawi,as the least developed country in the world,has the development attribute of self-sufficiency in food.It widely grows corn,sorghum,potato,beans and other food crops,and generally raises cattle,sheep,pigs and chickens.The production characteristics of"relying on the weather",low level of agricultural science and technology,and agricultural production affected by both drought and flood are very representative in African countries.Many common points of agricultural production between Malawi and Gansu have laid a solid foundation for the bilateral agricultural science and technology cooperation.In the future,Gansu can rely on platform mechanisms such as the China-Africa Cooperation Forum,combining online and offline,strengthen agricultural scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation with Malawi in dryland agriculture,maize breeding,potato planting and the R&D and production of small and medium-sized agricultural machinery through expert dispatch,official visits,professional discussion and exchange,field visits of scientific and technological personnel and farmers'representatives,online interactive Q&A,and production of planting technology demonstration videos or feature films.With the wisdom and strength of Gansu Province,we will help Malawi improve its food security capacity,accelerate economic development and national social stability.
