乡村振兴背景下农村家庭农场发展的问题研究——以南陵县为例

Research on the Development of Rural Family Farm under the Background of Rural Revitalization—Taking the Example of Nanling County

乡村振兴是解决“三农”问题的重要战略,通过对南陵县的家庭农场现状的调查,发现南陵县家庭农场发展中存在政策执行队伍不足、农户资金筹集困难、乡村优秀人才缺乏、家庭农场社会化低、缺乏品牌与产业效应等问题。基于此,提出以下对策:加强党建堡垒作用,做好政策支持工作;建立多方联动机制,拓宽资金筹集渠道;引入乡村优秀人才,提高家庭农场主能力;完善农业社会化服务,打造现代家庭农场;提升品牌意识,打造特色农业品牌和产业,形成产业集聚效应。助推乡村振兴,实现农业农村现代化发展。

Rural revitalization is an important strategy to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Through the investigation of the current situation of family farms in Nanling County,we found that there are some problems in the development of family farms in Nanling County,including insufficient policy implementation team,difficulty in fund raising for farmers,lack of outstanding rural talents,low socialization of family farms,lack of brand and industrial effect.Based on this,proposed to strengthen the role of party building fortress,do policy support,establish multi-linkage mechanism,broaden fund raising channels,introduce rural talents,improve the ability of family farmers;improve agricultural socialization services,build modern family farm;enhance brand awareness,build characteristic agricultural brand and industry,form industry agglomeration effect and other countermeasures to solve the problem of family farm cultivation in Nanling County,boost rural revitalization,and realize the development of agricultural and rural modernization.
