回采巷道注浆锚索加固机理及支护优化的实践 被引量:2

摘要 友众煤业30104运输巷520~570 m区域段顶板离层和破碎问题严重,在原支护方案基础上,采用Φ22 mm×7300 mm中空注浆锚索进行支护优化。监测结果表明:支护优化后巷道顶板下沉量从273 mm减小至17 mm,减小幅度93.8%,中空注浆锚索加固效果显著。 The problem of roof separation and fragmentation in the 520-570 m section of the 30104 transportation roadway of Youzhong Coal Industry is serious. On the basis of the original support scheme, Φ22 mm × 7300mm hollow grouting anchor cable is adopted to optimize the support. The monitoring results show that after the optimization of support, the subsidence of roadway roof is reduced from 273 mm to 17 mm, with a decrease of 93.8%. The reinforcement effect of hollow grouting anchor cable is remarkable.
