摘要
15202工作面回采过F5断层期间,为了减少采空区遗煤量以及采煤机破岩量,决定采取俯斜回采方式,对俯斜回采期间顶板采取“超前管棚+迈步式锚索棚”联合支护技术。实际应用效果表明,俯斜回采工艺减少破岩量1123 m^(3),提高煤炭回采量0.75万t,俯斜段联合支护提高了顶板稳定性,防止顶板垮落事故发生。
During the period of the 15202 working face mining through the F5 fault, in order to reduce the amount of coal left in the goaf area and the rock broken by shearer, it was decided to adopt the inclined mining mode, and the combined support technology of "leading pipe shed + step anchor cable shed" was adopted for the roof during the inclined mining period. The practical application results show that the inclined mining technology reduces the amount of rock breaking by 1123 m^(3) and increases the amount of coal mining by 7500 tons. The combined support of inclined section improves the stability of roof and prevents the occurrence of roof collapse accidents.
