云泉煤业15103运输顺槽掘进支护参数优化

摘要 针对云泉煤业15103运输顺槽原支护方案和参数不合理导致的巷道围岩变形严重问题,提出了锚网索+W钢带联合支护方案和优化支护参数并进行工程应用。现场监测结果表明:新支护方案下,巷道围岩顶底板移近量最大为392 mm,两帮围岩移近量最大为210 mm,较原支护分别减少45.2%和60%,且顶板离层和锚索锚固力监测都符合要求,表明优化支护方案和参数下巷道围岩稳定性显著提高。 In view of the serious deformation of roadway surrounding rock caused by the unreasonable original support scheme and parameters of the 15103 transportation channel in Yunquan Coal Industry, the combined support scheme of anchor mesh cable + W steel belt and the optimization of support parameters are put forward and applied in engineering. The field monitoring results show that under the new support scheme, the maximum displacement of the surrounding rock roof and floor of the roadway is 392 mm, and that of the two sides of the surrounding rock is 210mm, which is 45.2% and 60% less than that of the original support, respectively, and the roof separation and anchor cable anchorage force monitoring meet the requirements, indicating that the stability of roadway surrounding rock is significantly improved under the optimized support scheme and parameters.
