下霍矿新建回风井工业广场保安煤柱设计

摘要 为实现下霍矿新建回风井井筒稳定并减少压煤损失,提出将垂线法应用到保安煤柱留设设计中。根据新建回风井现场地质条件,确定垂线法在保安煤柱留设中的设计步骤,根据现场参数确定保护煤柱留设边界,给出边界点坐标并计算压煤量。通过垂线法确定的保安煤柱压煤量为189.7万t,压煤量相对较小,且满足回风井保护需要。 In order to realize the stability of the newly built return air shaft and reduce the coal pressure loss in Xiahuo Mine, the vertical method is applied to the design of security coal pillar. According to the field geological conditions of the newly built return air shaft, the design steps of the vertical method in the setting of the security coal pillar are determined,the boundary of the protective coal pillar is determined according to the field parameters, the coordinates of the boundary points are given and the amount of pressed coal is calculated. The amount of pressed coal of the security coal pillar determined by the vertical method is 1.897 million tons, which is relatively small, and meets the protection needs of the return air shaft.
