综采沿空掘巷煤柱尺寸分析及支护技术 被引量:2

摘要 针对综采工作面小煤柱护巷围岩变形大、稳定性差的问题,通过理论计算分析了8107工作面运输顺槽护巷煤柱尺寸,采用工程类比法确定了巷道支护参数,并采用数值模拟法对小煤柱的稳定性和沿空巷道支护参数合理性进行了分析。现场试验表明,采用6 m小煤柱护巷,在工作面采动应力作用下,沿空巷道围岩变形稳定性好,巷道围岩变形小。 Aiming at the problems of large deformation and poor stability of surrounding rock of small coal pillar protecting roadway in fully mechanized mining face, the size of the transportation channel protecting roadway coal pillar in the 8107 working face is analyzed by theoretical calculation, and the supporting parameters of roadway are determined by using engineering analogy method. The stability of small coal pillar and the rationality of supporting parameters of roadway along goaf are analyzed by numerical simulation method. The field test shows that by using 6 m small coal pillar to protect the roadway, under the action of mining stress in the working face, the deformation stability of the roadway along the goaf surrounding rock is good, and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is small.
