摘要
为了研究掘进头水力割缝技术的效果,应用COMSOL Multiphysics仿真软件,分别模拟了3孔抽采、5孔抽采、3缝抽采和5缝抽采四种技术方案,分析了各技术方案实施过程中煤层瓦斯压力和瓦斯抽采速度的变化规律,对各技术方案的消突效果进行了分析和评价,并进行了现场割缝抽采试验。研究结果表明:相比普通钻孔抽采方案,水力割缝技术可有效地提高掘进头瓦斯抽采效率,消突效果提升显著。
In order to study the effect of hydraulic slotting technology of heading head, four technical schemes of 3-hole drainage, 5-hole drainage, 3-seam extraction and 5-seam extraction are simulated by using COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software, the change rules of coal seam gas pressure and gas drainage speed during the implementation of each technical scheme are analyzed, the outburst elimination effect of each technical scheme is analyzed and evaluated, and the field slotting pumping test is carried out. The research results show that compared with the ordinary drilling scheme, the hydraulic slotting technology can effectively improve the gas drainage efficiency and antioutburst effect of the heading head.
