岩巷综掘气水射流通风除尘器研究与应用

摘要 针对四老沟煤矿东翼皮带大巷当前除尘系统效果不佳且存在运行故障风险较大的问题,通过试验对比方法,设计以气水射流通风除尘器为核心的井下通风除尘系统,经工业性试验验证系统除尘效率达到86.7%,除尘过程不会出现起雾现象,且电控结构简单,运行故障风险大大降低。 Aiming at the problem that the current dedusting system in the east wing belt roadway of Silaogou Coal Mine is not effective and has a high risk of operating failure, through the test and comparison method, an underground ventilation dedusting system with air-water jet ventilation dust collector as the core is designed. The industrial test verifies that the dust removal efficiency of the system reaches 86.7%, the dust removal process will not appear fog phenomenon, and the electric control structure is simple, and the operation failure risk is greatly reduced.
