摘要
为了解决山西天脊潞安化工有限公司井下带式输送机以定速运行磨损量大、能耗高的不足,提出了一种以激光辅助测量煤量的带式输送机智慧化节能控制系统,实现了以带式输送机上煤量分布为基础来对带式输送机运行带速进行动态调节。根据实际应用表明,新的控制系统能够将带式输送机运行时的平均带速降低38.6%,将带式输送机的运行能耗降低29.4%。
In order to solve the deficiency of large wear and high energy consumption of underground belt conveyor in Shanxi Tianji Lu’an Chemical, an intelligent energy saving control system of belt conveyor based on laser assisted coal quantity measurement is put forward. It is realized to dynamically adjust the belt speed of the belt conveyor based on the coal quantity distribution on the belt conveyor. According to the practical application, the new control system can reduce the average belt speed of the belt conveyor by 38.6%, and reduce the energy consumption of the belt conveyor by 29.4%.
