运输机尾强力清煤装置的设计与应用

摘要 针对王家岭矿综采工作面运输机尾以往采用人工进行清理,作业强度大、清理效率低且安全系数小等问题,设计了一种运输机尾强力清煤装置,将液压能转换为机械能。现场应用表明,运输机尾强力清煤装置整体运行稳定,操作平稳、简单、可靠,减轻了机尾人员清货的作业强度,提高了工作效率。 In view of the problems of manual cleaning of the conveyer tail of the fully mechanized mining face in Wangjialing Coal Mine, the operation intensity is high, the cleaning efficiency is low, and the safety factor is low, a strong coal cleaning device for transporter tail is designed to convert hydraulic energy into mechanical energy. The field application shows that the overall operation of the powerful coal cleaning device at the tail of the conveyor is stable, and the operation is stable, simple and reliable, which reduces the working intensity of the tail personnel to clear the cargo and improves the working efficiency.
