唐口煤矿三阶段动压注水技术及工程应用

摘要 为提高唐口煤矿的煤层注水卸压效果,解决前期煤层注水中注水量少、封孔效果差、堵孔、漏水等问题,结合现场监测数据进行分析,提出了“两堵一注分段封孔技术”和“三堵一注分段高压注浆技术”,实施了“静-动-静”三阶段注水方式,研发了一种煤层注水自动化监控装置及方法。结果表明:三阶段动压注水更有效地削弱了煤体积聚冲击应力和能量的能力,高压水力致裂煤层注水系统及注水自动化监控方法实现了对注水过程、效果和故障的有效监控。 In order to improve the pressure relief effect of coal seam water injection in Tangkou Coal Mine and solve the problems of less water injection, poor hole sealing effect, hole plugging and leakage in early coal seam water injection, combined with on-site monitoring data, "two plugging and one injection sectional high pressure grouting technology" and "three plugging and one injection sectional high pressure grouting technology" are put forward, a "static-dynamic-static" three-stage water injection mode is implemented, and an automatic monitoring device and method for coal seam water injection is developed. The results show that three-stage dynamic water injection weakens the ability of coal to accumulate impact stress and energy more effectively, and the water injection system and automatic monitoring method of water injection in high pressure hydraulic fracturing coal seam can effectively monitor the process, effect and fault of water injection.
