摘要
针对忻州窑矿矿井提升机系统控制方式落后、安全性低的问题,进行矿井提升机变频调速控制系统研究。系统选用双PLC控制器和交-交变频器核心硬件,设计变频调速控制流程、安全控制回路和上位机组态界面,实现了提升机远程集中控制、故障自动诊断报警与连锁控制、变频调速等功能。经工程测试,系统运行稳定,控制调节功能精准。
In view of the backward control mode and low safety of mine hoist system in Xinzhouyao Mine, the frequency conversion speed regulation control system of mine hoist is studied. The system selects double PLC controller and the core hardware of AC-AC converter, designs the frequency conversion speed regulation control flow, safety control loop and upper unit state interface, and realizes the hoist remote centralized control, automatic fault diagnosis alarm and interlocking control, frequency conversion speed regulation and other functions. Through the engineering test, the system runs stably and the control and regulation function is accurate.
