以山西高河能源有限公司W3305工作面为例,对液压支架档案管理法进行应用分析。通过对液压支架存在的问题进行分类汇总,分析主要原因,结合液压支架的系统组成,建立档案卡,指导液压支架的检修维护,有效提升了液压支架的检修维护效率,为综采工作面液压支架的检修维护提供了参考。

Taking the W3305 working face of Shanxi Gaohe Energy as an example, the application of hydraulic support archives management method is analyzed. Through the classification and summary of the problems existing in the hydraulic support, analyzing the main reasons, and combining with the system composition of the hydraulic support, the archives card is established to guide the recondition and maintenance of the hydraulic support, which effectively improves the recondition and maintenance efficiency of the hydraulic support. It provides a reference for the recondition and maintenance of hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face.
