摘要
针对铸造行业传统的单电源系统存在功率较小、效率较低,以及对金属棒加热不均的问题,设计了一种新型LLC谐振系统.主控电路选用TMS320F28335,生成低频SPWM信号和温度闭环等,为处理硬件电路故障选用EMP57079100C5N芯片,在实验室搭建小系统测试算法前,利用MATLAB/Simulink进行原理性仿真,最后在工厂内实操测得当工件加热到800℃以上,功率因数可达0.97.初步验证了此新型感应加热系统具有功率大、效率高的优势,还可以对金属进行梯度加热.
Aiming at the problems of low power,low efficiency and uneven heating of metal bars in the traditional single power supply system in the casting industry,a new LLC resonant system is designed in this paper.TMS320F28335 is selected as the main control circuit to generate low-frequency SPWM signals and temperature closed-loop.EMP57079100C5N chip is selected to deal with hardware circuit faults.Before building a small system test algorithm in the laboratory,MATLAB/Simulink is used for theoretical simulation.Finally,it is measured in the factory that when the workpiece is heated to more than 800℃,the power factor can reach 0.97.This new induction heating system has been preliminarily verified,which has high power and efficiency,and can also heat metals gradiently.
