摘要
脊椎动物胚胎发育阶段,脊髓的形成是神经系统发育早期阶段,伴随原始神经组织尾部的退化发育而成.脊髓的发育伴随着原始神经组织的发育延长,包括神经发生和神经嵴发育等,被成纤维细胞生长因子(Fibroblast Growth Factor,FGF)信号通路严格调控.本文综述了脊髓发育过程中FGF信号通路的作用,以及与其它信号通路相互作用对脊髓发育的影响.FGF信号通路促脊髓发育作用显示其在脊髓损伤中促进再生的可能性和被用于临床治疗的前景.
Spinal cord is formed in the early stage of neural system development with caudal regression of the primitive streak during vertebrate embryonic development.Caudal extension related to spinal cord development including neurogenesis and neural crest development which strictly regulated by Fibroblast Growth Factor(FGF).This review explained the role of FGF signaling in spinal cord development and FGF different functions and interactions with other signaling pathways.The role of FGF signaling in spinal cord development shows the probability of regeneration in the lesioned spinal cord and application prospects in therapeutical.
